Who is responsible
HiLiFeCrypto processes personal data of visitors and students of this website. Questions about this statement or about your data? Email hilifecrypto@gmail.com.
What data is processed
This website has no registration, no login and no shop. The only data processed is what you actively give me yourself:
- If you fill in the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you enter one, and whatever you write in the message field. The submission is stored in this website’s admin area and is also emailed to me. Your IP address is not kept.
- If you email me or contact me on Telegram: your name, your email address or Telegram username, and the content of your message.
- If you take the course: in addition, your phone number and the details needed for the invoice.
No payment details are entered or stored on this website. Payment happens outside the site, by bank transfer.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer your question and arrange an intro call — on the basis of your own request and legitimate interest.
- To deliver the course and make arrangements — on the basis of the agreement.
- To invoice and keep records — on the basis of a legal obligation.
Your data is not used for advertising, not sold, and not shared with advertisers.
How long data is kept
- Messages from people who do not become students: no longer than two years after the last contact.
- Invoices and records: seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This website places no tracking cookies, no analytics and no advertising pixels. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel and no comparable measurement software.
The fonts on this site are hosted on its own server, so no connection is made to Google Fonts or any other outside party. For an ordinary visitor, this site loads nothing at all from another domain.
WordPress may place a functional cookie when someone logs in to the admin area. That applies only to the administrator, not to visitors. Purely functional cookies do not require consent.
Because there is nothing to track, you get no cookie banner on this site. The moment analytics or other tracking is added, consent will be requested first and this statement will be updated.
Links to other websites
This site may link to an outside party, for example a trading platform. As soon as you click such a link, that party’s privacy and cookie rules apply, not those of HiLiFeCrypto. Read their own statement there. For some of those links I may receive a fee if you sign up; that is stated at the link itself.
Who can see your data
Only me, and the parties technically needed for me to work: the hosting provider of this website and the email and messaging services I use. Where required, processing agreements are in place with parties that process data on my behalf.
Your rights
You may always ask what data I hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to the processing. Email hilifecrypto@gmail.com and you will get an answer within four weeks.
If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Security
The website runs over a secure connection (https) and is backed up regularly. If you notice something that is not right, let me know at the address above.
Changes
If anything changes about the website or the way data is processed, this statement will be updated. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
