1. Who I am

These terms are those of HiLiFeCrypto, based in the Netherlands, reachable at hilifecrypto@gmail.com.

2. What these terms cover

They apply to the free intro call and to the course that may follow it. Different arrangements only apply if we have agreed them together in writing or by email.

3. What the course is

The course is eight hours of personal tuition, one on one, live on a video call, covering how to read price action and apply risk management in crypto and stocks. The hours are scheduled by agreement and may be split across several sessions.

What you receive is education: knowledge and skills. You do not receive investment advice, buy recommendations, signals or asset management. See also clause 9.

4. How the agreement is formed

We always begin with a free intro call of about 25 minutes, which commits neither of us to anything. If you then decide to go ahead, I confirm the arrangement by email including the price and the planned dates. The agreement comes into being with that confirmation.

I may decline a request, for instance if I do not believe the course will help you. I will say so during the intro call.

5. Price and payment

The course costs € 500 for eight hours. [To complete: including or excluding VAT.] The price is fixed from the moment of confirmation; a later price change on the website does not affect a course already confirmed.

Payment is by bank transfer, as set out in the confirmation email. If payment is overdue I may postpone any sessions not yet given until payment is received.

6. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer, you have fourteen days from the conclusion of the agreement to withdraw. Within that period you may cancel without giving a reason by emailing hilifecrypto@gmail.com, at no cost.

If you want us to start within those fourteen days, I will ask you to agree to that expressly. You keep your right of withdrawal, but on cancellation you pay pro rata for the hours already given. If the course is fully completed within that period with your agreement, the right of withdrawal ends.

7. Rescheduling and cancelling sessions

You can reschedule a session free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel later or do not appear, I may treat that hour as given. If I have to reschedule, we simply plan a new time at no cost to you.

The eight hours remain valid for six months from the first session. Extension is possible by agreement.

8. What I expect from you

For a lesson to be worthwhile you need: a laptop or computer with a working internet connection and a microphone, the ability to share your screen, and a free TradingView account. The video call runs on Google Meet or Jitsi and works in your browser. We check all of this together during the free intro call, so no paid time is lost to it. If you still arrive unprepared or the technology does not work, that time counts towards your hours.

9. No investment advice, no guarantees

Trading and investing in crypto and stocks carries risk. You can lose part or all of what you put in. Everything discussed during the course is educational and is never a recommendation to buy or sell any particular product.

I give no guarantee whatsoever about returns, profit or results. Decisions about your own money are yours to make and remain your own responsibility.

10. Liability

I am not liable for losses, missed profits or other damage arising from your own trading or investment decisions, including decisions taken after or as a result of the course.

Otherwise my liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course. This limitation does not apply in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness on my part, nor to the extent that the law requires broader liability.

11. Materials and copyright

Explanations, notes, templates and settings you receive during the course are for your own use. You may not resell, publish or offer them as your own course material.

Sessions are not recorded. You are welcome to take your own notes. Making a recording of a lesson is only permitted if we have agreed it in advance.

12. Personal data

How I handle your data is set out in the privacy and cookie statement.

13. Complaints

If something is not right, tell me directly first at hilifecrypto@gmail.com. You will get a substantive reply within fourteen days. If we cannot resolve it together, you may as a consumer take the matter to the disputes committee or the courts.

14. Governing law

Dutch law applies to this agreement. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law mandatorily designates another court.
